I was the kid who after school, went to my room, flung open the window and carried out my daily routine of bodyweight exercises to the sound of my friends playing outside. I eventually joined them! I loved running, especially along the Cornish beaches and sand dunes near my childhood home, I would happen to meet my friend and ask "How far have you been?" He would reply "3 miles, and thats me done." I would go on and run 6. First word: EXTREME.

My favourite time of year probably wasn't my birthday or New Year but sports day. Before you get the wrong idea, I wasn't a sport-obsessed loner... well only a little bit! This was the opportunity to train my friends. I used to get them to do sprints during lunch time, press ups after school and I was pleased with the results. My best client was... actually my mum, who went on to win the mothers' race year after year, until it got cancelled as the race got "too competitive". Second word: PASSIONATE.

I love to throw myself into things and try anything, and its great to see this trait in my clients. My claim to fame is that I regularly appear on You've Been Framed. As a skiing novice, whizzing down the slopes of the Alps, in an attempt to learn and improve as fast as I could, I launched off a large ski jump. The only problem was that I didn't know how to jump on skis. The result, a spectacular flip, just missing landing on my neck and no future in personal training! Third word: ENTHUSIASTIC.

I moved to the beautiful area of Dorset around 5 years ago. Recently I got married and am settling down and loving life. I love my job as a personal trainer, in this stunning location with lots of friendly people. Last words: VERY FORTUNATE.
